In the 1930s, Livio Innocenti left his native Tuscany to settle his family in France. This Italy that he loves but must flee, Livio chose to establish it in 1964 in the heart of Neuilly-sur-Seine. The roots quickly take hold between the four walls of a very small 17-seat trattoria. This is where the patriarch, in love with good food, shares his Tuscan recipes.

The magic operates, customers become loyal ... it is with success that his sons Alfio and Vittorio add a French touch to the recipes. They push the walls to welcome an increasingly numerous clientele, mixing styles as generations. A new vision of today's Livio is established by Pierre and Charles, the grandsons of Livio: relying on professionalism of an exceptional team, they design a contemporary place nourished by family roots, which offers natural and quality cuisine for all.
